Clarifier drop-in project for paper industry
Today we would like to share pictures of a new project whose engineering was very challenging!
It consists of a 6 stages gearbox for a paper mill that will be working as a clarifier. These are the details of the machine:
- Improved engineering as the original kinematics included a sprocket with a worm gear.
- Gear reduction ratio of 3740
- It consists of a complete scope of supply: as well as the gearbox Guibe also supplied the motor, pump, input coupling, motor bracket and the output shaft pinion.
